Whether you have a large group requiring several coaches or only need a van, we can take care of your transportation needs. All groups, whether booking transportation through us or on their own, will have an Escort accompany their group from the hotel/resort to the river.

We offer an easy alternative to having to make time for a meal in between meetings or other events. Choose from one of our snack or meal options below. • BOXED LUNCH - A delicious meal of healthy gourmet wraps with vegetarian options plus chips, a cookie, and a drink provided by Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
• GRAB ‘N’ GO SNACK - All participants are provided with individual bags of salty, crunchy snacks such as chips, pretzels and crackers, serving approximately two bags per person.
• COOKIES AND CANDY SNACK - Treat your group to individual bags of cookies and assorted candy bars to get them energized for a day on the river.
• AN APPLE A DAY SNACK - A healthy alternative to candy, participants receive individual bags of crackers and pretzels plus individually wrapped cheeses and apples.
• SOFT DRINKS - Additional charge per person.

A hot, catered meal always makes any outdoor activity better. Race down the river, float the gentle waters of the Lower Salt River, or compete against other teams and then relax and recall the most memorable parts while devouring some of the best food in the southwest! • BBQ SANDWICH MEAL - Western pit-roasted beef brisket with choice of barbecue sauce or salsa, marinated boneless chicken breasts, bread and rolls, relish tray and condiments, choice of pasta salad, chips, assorted soft drinks and bottled water plus fresh baked brownies or cookies.
• COOKOUT I - 1/4 pound grilled hamburgers and hot dogs on bakery-fresh buns, choice of one cold salad, cowboy beans, chips and fresh-baked brownies plus assorted soft drinks and bottled water, served with condiments including lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
• COOKOUT II - 1/4 pound grilled hamburgers served on bakery-fresh buns, marinated boneless chicken, choice of two cold salads, cowboy beans, chips and fresh-baked brownies plus assorted soft drinks and bottled water, served with condiments including lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
• COOKOUT III - Westem beef brisket spiced, char-broiled, then slow cooked and shredded. Bakery fresh buns and tortillas served with barbeque sauce or salsa. Choice of two cold salads, cowboy beans, tortilla chips, fresh baked brownies plus assorted soft drinks and bottled water.

• WILDLIFE PRESENTATION - Let the volunteers with Adobe Mountain Wildlife or Liberty Wildlife entertain and educate you with live animal demonstrations. Animals often include native Sonoran Desert species of hawks, falcons, owls, vultures, rattlesnakes, Gila monsters, small mammals and more!
• NATIVE AMERICAN SPEAKER AND STORYTELLER - Take a trip back in time and experience what the west was like when it was still wild with cowboys and Indians. Our speakers are entertaining for all ages. Each is a true Native American blessed with the knowledge passed down from their ancestors. For those from around the country or the world, this event always delivers an amazing performance and memorable photo opportunities.
• WILD WEST MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT - Music adds a feeling of liveliness and fun to any event. Our westem themed entertainment allows everyone to feel right at home in the deserts of the southwest! Live musicians will keep the energy level up and entertain guests non-stop while they eat and talk about their day on the river!
